GetMyCoach (“we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted training plans and coaching. The product is currently in a private beta. You can reach us any time via our contact page.

• Account: the email address you use to sign in.
• Training profile: your goal, experience, available equipment, weekly availability, and any limits or preferences you choose to share.
• Training activity: the sessions you log (sets, reps, load, RPE, paces), bodyweight if you enter it, and your plan history.
• Usage data:privacy-safe product analytics, described under “Analytics” below.

We use your training profile and activity to generate and adapt your plan, to provide coaching explanations and answers, and to operate, secure and improve the product. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Your plan is generated by a deterministic, rules-based engine. Coaching explanations and the “Ask your coach” feature use a large-language-model provider; we send only the context needed to answer — for example the relevant plan details — and not your account email or unrelated personal data. Generated content is checked for quality before it reaches you.

We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to understand how the product is used. Our custom events are limited to category-level properties — such as which goal category or which page — and we do not send your email, name, health notes, free text, coach-chat content or generated plans.

• Automatic click/page capture (autocapture) is limited to our public marketing pages.
• Where session replay is enabled, all text input is masked — and replay is switched off entirely on screens where you enter health or injury details.
• Staff and internal test accounts are excluded from analytics.
• You can opt out of analytics capture in your browser at any time.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and local storage for your theme and analytics preferences as described above. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small set of processors to run the service:

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• PostHog (EU) — product analytics.
• A large-language-model provider — coaching explanations and answers.

Each processes data only to provide their part of the service, under their own security controls.

We keep your account and training data while your account is active. Anonymous preview data created before sign-up is periodically purged. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us via the contact pageand we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Access to data is restricted, and information is stored with our infrastructure providers under their security controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we treat your body, goals and health data as sensitive and design accordingly.

GetMyCoach is not directed to children under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We'll update this page and revise the “last updated” date when our practices change. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in users.
